Abstract: The experimental study on the microstructure of nano TiO2 concrete under carbonation and freeze-thaw conditions can provide in-depth understanding of the material's performance changes, assess its resistance to carbonation, analyse its durability, and seek optimisation solutions. Therefore, this study conducted experimental study on the microstructure of nano TiO2 concrete under carbonisation freeze-thaw conditions. Relevant test piece were prepared using cement, nano TiO2, coarse aggregates, and fine aggregates as experimental materials. Carbonation and freeze-thaw tests were conducted using a carbonation box and a freeze-thaw box. Test results indicate that there are significant pores, microcracks, and cracks in the specimens after carbonisation and freeze-thaw. There is a significant positive correlation between the number of carbonisation freeze-thaw cycles and the permeability and particle aggregation index of the specimen. The maximum porosity is 1.19%, the optimal content of nano TiO2 is 4.49%, indicating that nano TiO2 can improve the distribution of concrete pore structure.
