Abstract: Personnel selection has a direct impact on the performance of any organisation as it may help to create a right high-performance work culture. A number of different ways have been created and suggested to support the organisations to select the right talent for specific roles. As a result, this paper attempted to propose the effective decision-making in the personnel selection problem by considering it a multi-criteria decision-making problem. Thus, an integrated MCDM approach, namely fuzzy-ETDBA, is proposed to solve the personnel selection problem. The proposed study determines the weights of the evaluation indicators using fuzzy set theory and uses the ETDBA approach for ranking to get the best talent in the organisation.
