Title: Green process innovation, green product innovation and green transformational leadership: the impact of sustainable transformation on organisational performance

Abstract: The intensive industrial usage of today urges companies to embrace green practices. This situation necessitates understanding the relationships between green innovation, green transformational leadership, and organisational performance to enhance companies' performance. This study aims to uncover these relationships and shed light on how companies can take steps in these areas. The primary purpose of this study is to examine the mediating role of green transformational leadership in the impact of companies' green product capabilities and green process capabilities on organisational performance. The second aim is to examine the mediating relationship of green product performance in the relationship between green process innovation and organisational performance. There is more than one mediation relationship in our model. This study was carried out with 332 questionnaires collected from middle/top managers of technology companies operating in Turkey. In the study, variance-based partial least squares structural equation modelling (PLS-SEM) was applied using Smart PLS 4 software.
