Title: Vision Analysis on Taiwanese Businesses in China

Abstract: This study utilizes the vision concept to construct visional indices for Taiwanese business in China. The study summarizes two dimensions: Vision Perception and Organizational Management. The research structure is based on two dimensions and the factors under each. FAHP is used to analyze the opinions collected from a sample of managers and members of Taiwanese businesses in China. The study found the top five critical indices to be Leader Philosophy, Leader Concept, Interactive Communication, Environmental Assumption Toward Leader, and Personal Life Planning. A discussion of the key findings and suggestions for future research is provided.
