Abstract: Calvin took a deep breath and steadied himself as he prepared to enter the interview. 'This one is big.' As he thought about his efforts in college, part time work, and internships during school, he was cautiously excited to share his unique approach to life with a new company. Diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) at the age of 5, Calvin's journey to this moment had not always been easy, but with the support of family, friends, and many others, his dream was almost a reality. 'I have always enjoyed helping people, feeling that making their world happier was not just a courtesy, but a responsibility'. He was ready to fulfill that responsibility.
