Abstract: This research explores retailers' factors and concrete efforts to implement halal logistics for perfume products. The fuzzy QFD method is used to analyse retailer preferences and logistics operations. Proper storage is key to maintaining product halal, while close partnerships and effective risk management are necessary for operational success. The research results highlight the importance of customising the mix according to customer preferences and transportation availability. The relationship between these aspects strengthens awareness of halal compliance and enhances brand reputation. Thus, this research provides valuable insights for stakeholders in the perfume industry to improve the implementation of halal logistics and strengthen brand image.
