Abstract: The Federal Institute of Rondônia - IFRO has been using 2017, the Electronic Information System - SEI for the execution of administrative activities. This research sought to analyse the perceptions of experience and satisfaction of employees separating them into two groups: employees of the institution who participated in the implementation of the system and employees who entered the institution after the implementation of the system. This quantitative and exploratory research used a questionnaire to collect the data. The respondents were separated into two groups, with the time of work in the institution as a milestone. To compare the groups, the Mann-Whitney test (U test) was used, where it was possible to observe that there was no significant difference between the two groups in the construct 'experience' and there was a difference in the construct 'satisfaction', which suggests concluding that employees perceive satisfaction differently from the group in which they are inserted.
