Abstract: Issue 5 of International Journal of Learning and Intellectual Capital presents a collection of five papers that foster dialogue on some crucial topics for competitiveness of companies and regions. It discusses innovation, green intellectual capital, human capital, intellectual capital strategies and talent management, among other topics. The innovative proposals and evidence will contribute to the advance of the field of knowledge management and intellectual capital, paving the way for a more resilient and sustainable future for all. They can contribute to the impact of UNs Sustainable Development Goals, especially to SDG 9 Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure, SDG Quality Education and SDG 8 Decent Work and Economic Growth.
