Abstract: India is the second-largest legal profession in the world, with over six lakh law professionals. The country has made significant progress in creating gender-neutral global legal workspaces. However, the glass ceiling remains a significant concern for women advocates. The study examines the influence of personality traits on the beliefs about glass ceilings in women's career development. Rapid globalisation has led to women becoming more successful in various fields, including law. However, many women may not choose to dedicate their careers to the profession due to family issues and children. The study highlights the need for acceptance and tolerance among young women in their careers to succeed in the future. Addressing the problems associated with sustainable improvements is crucial for developing women in the legal profession.
