Abstract: The rate of change of information technology is much higher today than it was ever before. It offers new exciting opportunities for the creation of innovative learning environments for information technology and its curricula design. However, it poses various challenges for curricula designers to maintain currency with the latest developments in the field. This paper is significant to provide an architectural basis for the design of stream of academic programs in the field of information technology. The proposed model for the design of graduate program in information technology ensures integration of all components and foundations that allow accessing all the emerging knowledge and technology to fulfil the vision of the future.
