Abstract: This paper shows the applicability of Design of Experiment (DOE) and statistical analysis for bond strength test for specialised concrete/normal concrete bi-layer specimens. Four factors and different levels for each factor are considered in the DOE based on fractional factorial design to decrease the number of tests significantly. The prediction equation is successfully tested for model adequacy checking, Analysis of Variance (ANOVA), analysis of main effects, and estimation of model parameters step by step and, finally, verified with maximum and minimum values.
