Abstract: Galvanic cell Ag/AgI/TiO2, SnO2 was formed by deposition of SnO2, TiO2 and AgI films onto the glass plate, Anode Ag was deposited by putting silver paste onto AgI film, enabling electrical contact to be formed for measuring charge-discharge cycles with a constant current. Photosensitive behaviour of the cell under discontinuous illumination was observed.
Keywords: solid electrolytes; thin films; solid state galvanic cells; electrochromic behaviour; electronic materials; photosensitive behaviour.
