Abstract: Recently, there have been many efforts to encourage high school graduates to major in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) when they enter college or university. The question remains as to what would be the effective ways to implement these proposed initiatives and execute these ongoing projects. This Froum outlines some suggestions.
