Abstract: We propose the novel, extended application of the biometric cards for the electronic transactions. The key point is the design of the certificateless signatures for the authentication and the approval of digital transactions. The corresponding protocol applying the arithmetics of elliptic curves enters forward the computational and storage limits for the card microprocessors.
