Abstract: This study explains the effect of networking by incubator on entrepreneur|s success. We mobilised the social capital theory to develop three propositions. We supposed that the access and mobilisation of social capital benefits through the incubator explain entrepreneur|s success. We consider two parameters of success which are actual start and survival after creation. Results show that incubated entrepreneurs begin and develop their businesses easier than those out of incubation through the mobilisation of social capital benefits such as information, learning and access to different partners. Results also show that incubator can take advantage from their relations with incubated entrepreneurs.
