Abstract: This paper argues and illustrates that organisational capital is much more active than normally assumed. Often, it is suggested the human capital acts and organisational capital is a ||dead matter|| waiting to be mobilised. In this paper, we investigate how organisational capital is an actor and illustrate through small cases of two kinds of organisational capital – organisational culture and IT tool – how organisational capital problematises, interests, enrolls and mobilises e.g. human capital.
