Abstract: Plug and play data recovery devices provides a mechanism for quick and hassle free data backup. They help in data storage and backup without having to incur the cost of offsite infrastructure. Many service providers help organisations to safeguard their confidential data by not only devising but also managing the entire process and maintain it on their behalf. The interaction between organisation and service providers is accomplished through service level agreements. SLA is a statement wherein various service level options are provided out of which the best suited option is selected to support the customer organisation, which describes the services to be given specifying the timing, frequency and cost of service. It is a continuous process which ensures not only the proper adoption but also that the services defined is correctly and effectually delivered.
