Abstract: The implementation of the operational procedures to reduce aircraft noise and engine emission in the airport vicinity was under consideration in the paper. Emphasis was put on optimal aircraft operational procedures for noise and emission reduction taking into account interrelations of aircraft noise and engine emission. The task of minimising of aircraft noise impact and engine emission reduction have been formulated and defined by the means of maximum entropy method. The efficient numerical optimisation was realised with using the Lagrange multipliers method. The methodology and the decision-making algorithms for environmental control needs were given. The practical application program is currently under development and the tool will be directed on the solution to one of the most sensitive problems of airport 'greening' - ensuring of the airport sustainable development. The proposed approach was validated for operational scenarios at the busiest Ukraine's airports and has shown the increase of noise airport capacity up to 25%.
