Abstract: The main purpose of this research is investigating the impact of supply chain integration on organisation's commitment and performance. Based on this, we analysed direct and indirect impacts of employee commitment on three dimensions of supply chain integration (internal, customer and supplier) and organisation's performance. The statistical population of this study is the procurement managers of manufacturing companies in Qazvin province. Empirical results revealed that employee commitment directly influences on supplier, customer, internal integration, and organisation's performance. On the other hand, internal integration positively influences on supplier and customer integration, whereas affects organisation's performance. The results supported the positive impacts of customer integration on organisation performance, but the relation between supplier integration and organisation performance was not supported. The results of this study help supply chain managers to understand the impact of employee commitment on integration and the organisation's performance in order to improve this relationship and performance.
