Abstract: The purpose of this research is to analyse the influence of organisational climate on employee performance in Ngawi District Secretariat and analyse the effect of employee commitment to employee performance in Ngawi District Secretariat. The object in this research is the organisational climate, employee commitment and performance at the regional secretariat Ngawi district employees who perform tasks that improve performance by providing good service. Primary and secondary data is used to determine the influence of independent and dependent variables. To determine the effect of these variables, we used structural equation model analysis technique consisting of measurement models or confirmatory factor analysis and causal model/structural models. Of the analysis can be seen that the organisational climate and employee commitment Ngawi District Secretariat affect on employee performance. Evidence seen on a positive relation of organisational climate factor to employee performance, while the effect on employee commitment to employee performance ngawi district secretariat also have a positive correlation. Acceptable evidence also seen on employee commitment as a positive factor which influences employee performance.
