Abstract: Trade liberalisation among ASEAN countries requires each country to compete to increase the competencies of entrepreneurs. Micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) is a business sector that contributes to the economy of a country, especially in Indonesia. The tight business competition requires MSMEs to find resources that can create a competitive advantage, such as intellectual capital (IC). IC measurement consisting of human capital (HC), structural capital (SC), and relational capital (RC) becomes very important to assess how the success and sustainability of MSMEs. This qualitative study aimed to evaluate the IC factors on MSMEs based on the quantity, quality, and systematic (QQS) management of self-assessment respondent which refers to the evaluation scale parameter that has been determined at seven industrial centres in Bandung. This research is expected to contribute in evaluating the readiness and competence of entrepreneurs in Indonesia to global competitiveness.
