Abstract: It is the policy of Inderscience Publishers to retract from publication any paper if, subsequent to publication, it becomes a matter of dispute regarding intellectual property, publishing ethics or legal issues. Each case is judged according to individual circumstances. In this case, due to the misunderstanding of the first author of the publication requirements of the journal, the author published a paper in English in IJIMS V6 N1 that had previously been published in Chinese. After consulting with the author, the paper has therefore been retracted to avoid any conflict of interest.
