Notes for Prospective Authors
Submitted papers should not have been previously published nor be currently under consideration for publication elsewhere. Extended versions of papers that are accepted for the 4th International Conference on Recent Trends in Computing, Communication & Information Technologies (ObCom - 2011) will be considered, in addition to other submissions. (N.B. Conference papers may only be submitted if the paper was not originally copyrighted and if it has been completely re-written).
