Special Issue on: "Value Chain Management – Linking Australia and its Global Partners"

Guest Editor: Dr K. Oh, La Trobe University, Australia

The value chain approach entails the concept of value adding at the macro and micro levels. The value adding elements permeate across countries, organisations and departments. In today's rapidly evolving business environment, Australian organisations can no longer afford to operate in silos but need to coordinate their activities at both the national and international levels to compete in an increasingly global value chain and network environment.

The intent of the special issue is to investigate innovative and effective applications of value chain approaches in Australia for management in a global business environment. Authors are encouraged to submit both theoretical and applied articles addressing the theme of the special issue.
