Abstract/Summary: Analyzing a model before manufacturing has recently become an essential process. Given that accurate information is required to make an analysis model, a considerable amount of time and effort are required. Especially in companies that manufacture BGA (ball grid array) packages, only CAM data are provided for nearly all customer orders. Due to the many complex processes that must be completed in the creation of an analysis model, the process error rate can increase. Here these processes are analyzed, and a method of joining them is designed. Finally, to improve the efficiency of this method, the program developed in this research is implemented at Samsung Electro-Mechanics, a very well-known BGA manufacturing company.
