Abstract/Summary: This study aims to present a framework of intellectual capital (IC) measurement for e-tourism enterprise in China. This paper identifies three major characteristics of the framework: key success factors (SF) that should be based on an organization's strategies and contexts; using multiple processes which can overcome the limitation of a single methodology; and building a IC model that can help e-tourism enterprise improve management effectively. This research provides useful IC models for e-tourism enterprise that can improve their products and services.
