Mapping properties of quasielliptic operators and applications

Abstract: Two classes of matrix quasielliptic operators are studied. Isomorphic properties in special weighted Sobolev spaces are established. These results are used to prove solvability the Cauchy problem for a class of systems of partial differential equations not solvable with respect to the highest-order derivative.
