Vehicular traffic becomes an important research area due to its features and applications as road safety and efficient traffic management. Vehicles are expected to carry relatively more communication systems. Hence, several technologies have been deployed to promote vehicular traffic management. Geographic information systems (GISs) play an essential role in wide range of areas and are extensively adopted nowadays. GIS is a collection of tools that captures, stores, analyses, manages, and presents data that are linked to geographical locations. Cloud computing is a construct that allows to access applications that actually reside at a location other than a computer or other internet connected devices.
