Abstract: In order to accurately analyse the effect of graphene on the thermal insulation performance of thermal barrier coatings, the effect of graphene nano-electronic films on the thermal insulation performance of thermal barrier coatings was studied. Graphene, graphene nano-electronic thin films and thermal barrier coatings were prepared by using the initial materials in the order of preparation. The experimental samples were divided into a control group and an experimental group, and the structure and content of the graphene nano-electronic thin films were changed to conduct an insulation performance experiment. The experimental results show that the thermal insulation coefficient is 0.32 when the film content is 3.0 μg/mg, and the maximum thermal insulation temperature of the thermal barrier coating is 800°C. When the graphene nano-electronic film has a double-layer structure and a content of 3.0 μg/mg, the thermal insulation effect is the best.
