Abstract: In order to overcome the problems of large lighting operation control error and serious energy consumption in the current street lamp system, this paper proposes an optimisation method for the lighting operation of urban street lamp photovoltaic new energy access system. Set up a dual power solar photovoltaic street lamp system. When the system starts to operate, judge whether it is in the daytime according to the signal frequency. After a period of operation, determine whether it is in the daytime according to the frequency. If there is no change in the state, continue to implement the current working mode; if there is change, switch to another working mode, and continue to cycle the process. The experimental results show that the optimal control accuracy of the proposed method is high, the maximum control error is only 0.5, the energy consumption is low, and the average energy consumption is 192 J.
