Abstract: Organisational performance in banking has become increasingly discussed and has risen more frequently in various disciplines in the scientific literature. Hence, various issues of the banking performance antecedent still become attractive. Exploring the issue of training on organisational performance is believed to be controversial. Accordingly, this paper explores the banking business behaviour in terms of the role of tacit knowledge sharing and critical adaptability in the dynamic effect of training quality on organisational performance. The multiple regression model was used to investigate the role of tacit knowledge sharing and critical adaptability in the dynamic effect of training quality on organisational performance. In this study, we surveyed 190 bankers. Results show that training quality has a significant effect on organisational performance. This study reaches the conclusion that tacit knowledge sharing and critical adaptability have significant roles by mediating the effect of training quality on organisational performance. A universalistic perspective is able to explain the mechanism of the research model. Hence, the result of the study is supported by the explanation of the dynamic effect of training quality on organisational performance. Finally, this study discusses the implications of the study and future research.
