Abstract: Based on our understanding, most of the research related to a pandemic focus on the health sector and economy. Our research article examines how internationally disruptive events like COVID-19 pandemic influence global virtual teams, particularly those in which team members have never met in person. Research also explored the participants' perception of higher education institutions towards online learning and attitude of corporate organisations towards remote working in the coming years. Results of the study are promising in throwing light on the insight created via narratives.
