Abstract: The intelligent system of controlling farms and gardens, by constantly monitoring the soil moisture and salinity and climatic conditions of the region, controls the amount and method of irrigation, which has a significant effect on reducing farm water consumption. The basic working scheme of a smart control system for preparing seeds' dynamic processes for sowing that ramps up the growing crops' technologies is taken into account. The smart operating system considering two aspects of monitoring and regulating developed into a biotechnical operation proactively in online condition. It is planned to facilitate and accelerate the working time providing up-to-date and straightforward regulation of the arrangement and the prepared seeds. The smart handling dynamic application decreases the burden on the administrator through work through 50% or so without diminishing the seed processing quality, enhances the decisions made quality, decreases the control period by nearly two times or more as opposed to the conventional techniques of managing and controlling the pre-sowing seed preparation process.
