Abstract: The global work environment under the wake of the pandemic era is changing and challenging the ways individuals work and manage their lives. The newer work pattern has especially influenced educators' wellbeing and their performance due to the abrupt shifting to online teaching. This study explored the educators' wellbeing during the lockdown period and examined the impact of wellbeing factors namely work-life integration, psychological wellbeing, financial wellbeing and organisational support on the work productivity of educators. A sample of 206 teachers from HEIs across India completed measures of the variables. Results indicated that wellbeing and its dimensions and productivity levels were found to exist at moderate level among the teachers during the imposed online teaching. Regression analysis showed that work-life integration, psychological wellbeing and organisational support have a positive and significant impact on the work productivity while financial wellbeing had positive but insignificant impact on work productivity of teachers.
