Abstract: The purpose of this research is to clarify the relationship between the users and the developer of information service on the Web of Directorate General of Tax (DGT), Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia, clarify the D&M model of IS success concept and examine the consistency or irrelevant parts of the model. DGT is the official portal of the government that is related to education, legal literacy and taxation in Indonesia, which is a mandatory portal for accounting students taking taxation courses. The observation study was designed through indirect interviews by using questionnaires. Random sampling was conducted and yielded 122 respondents. The research findings show that the D&M IS success model is well confirmed by system quality and information quality, except for service quality. The paper recommends improvement in service quality for information system developers in the future.
