Abstract: In the era of the knowledge-intensive economy, talent and knowledge are the main strategic resources to support sustainable development of organisations. Talents develop through knowledge acquisition and knowledge is continuously processed, created and updated to improve the competitiveness of the organisation. Therefore, integration of talent management (TM) and intellectual management (IM) provide the fundamental condition to increase the competitiveness of an organisation and support sustainable development. The main purpose of this paper is to suggest an integration model of TM and IM in enterprises and analyse its effectiveness. We have suggested an integrative model including nature, structure, mode, method, and target. In addition, the effectiveness of integration of the TM and IM is proved through a case study. In this part, survey data is used to analyse effectiveness of integration and provide application problems. Finally, we have statistically proved the competitive advantage of enterprises which integrate TM and IM using several methods of statistics.
