Abstract: The purpose of this research is to shed light on the synergistic effect of market orientation and supply chain integration on innovation performance with the mediating effects of organisational culture. This study employs data collection from 105 companies prioritising the Malaysian manufacturing industry. The formulated hypotheses were analysed using PLS-SEM method. The findings highlighted on the significant effect of market orientation and supply chain integration on innovation performance strengthened through organisational culture. This research benefits the existing academic field, as well as implications to the managers, decision makers and government in the development of strategies drawing from innovation performance's influencers.
