Abstract: Due to the rapid development of current technology, one-dimensional nanomaterials have been widely used, allowing high-performance carbon nanotube cement-based composite materials based on one-dimensional nanomaterials to be better promoted and applied. As the core component of construction projects, the optimal design of civil building structures is particularly important. In order to better solve the current problems in the civil construction industry, this article conducts in-depth research on high-performance carbon nanotube cement-based composite materials and shows that they can be used for the optimisation of civil construction structures. Research shows that compared with traditional materials, the material's seismic resistance is improved by 7.26; its stability is improved by 11.17; its material quality is improved by 10; and its resistance to the outside world is improved by 11.21. This shows that high-performance carbon nanotube cement-based composites can improve the safety, stability and floor stiffness of building structures.
