Abstract: This article studies the multi-project management of carbon fibre and its composite material key chains based on chaotic particle swarm algorithm, aiming to demonstrate chaos by analysing project uncertainty, project time management, project resources and scale. In this paper, the index system is evaluated by strategic analytic hierarchy process (AHP), the task scheduling simulation system based on hybrid particle swarm optimisation algorithm is designed and developed, and the key chain multi-project management model is established. This paper analyses and summarises the methods and research status of enterprise multi-project management resource allocation, as well as the classification and characteristics of existing multi-project resource allocation models, and compares chaotic particle swarm optimisation algorithm with priority rule, iterative algorithm and random sampling algorithm. The experimental results show that after applying the chaotic particle swarm algorithm for project management, the maximum value is 4.46. The chaotic particle swarm algorithm greatly improves the efficiency of material management.
