Abstract: The relationship between technology and education and how both concepts evolve together is now ever more important. It is essential to find new ways to satisfy the necessities of the two main authors of learning platforms, the students and the teachers. Technologies will provide support to those new ways. Consequently, the possibility to interconnect the LMS with other external applications to enrich and strengthen the comprehension of learning process is one of the principal paths to follow.
