International Journal of Business and Systems Research (IJBSR), Vol. 8, No. 2, 2014

Abstract: This study is a continuation of a long term project to develop a practical software application that will aid IT implementation issues. The main focus of this paper is on behavioural aspects; specifically designing software-based behavioural predictors. Due to interrelation, organisational and technological factors are included. A critical hermeneutic review of literature and deconstruction of historic models to identify relevant factors, Eigen values, co-variants and determinants applicable to the development stages of the behavioural functions has been carried out to aid in defining parameters, framework, architecture and survey instrument structure. How the program is being designed, developed and results are included.
