Abstract: The pace of growth in technology is rapidly increasing therefore simpler and effective methods are required to design a system. The real time smart RFID system is developed to restrict the entrance of employees in an office. In this paper, the work mainly specifies to develop an Android application interfaced with Bluetooth, RFID reader and antenna. The RFID is a more suitable replacement with conventional bar code method. Every tag (passive) is allocated with a unique binary code. For communication frequency shift keying modulating method is used. The LF operating frequency of reader is 131.2 kHz for lower bit and 123.2 kHz for higher bit. The LF band of frequency is obtained by TMS 3705 IC and antenna of copper enamelled wire with calculated specification such as number of turns and thickness of the wire. For binary bit verification interfacing between IC and controller is part of this system. The relay operation is controlled and maintained the record on an Android application. It can be utilised for generous application.
