Abstract: The purpose of this research was to elaborate the implementation of process standard on one of the aspects which determines the school's quality namely supervision, analyse the level of the gap, and design the solution regarding the gap in the implementation of process standard. It was a descriptive research with quantitative approach. The aspect of this research was the principal supervision. The data were collected using observation, interview, and documentation method. The result on supervision component showed that some principals did not function as the internal supervision.
